NSI’s goal is to deliver products that are so logical, intuitive, and reliable that the customer will seldom need to use the manual, help files, or our 911 help line. However, NSI also provides several types of customer support - from web-based FAQs to a customer support help line. NSI also provides 5 by 9 Gold (9–5 Business Hours CTZ) and 7X24 Platinum support options. For 60 days from the time of purchase customers are entitled to unlimited Gold level support for your product free of charge. NSI also offers both packaged and custom training support products for its customers. These services are available at our corporate office training facility in Broussard (Lafayette), Louisiana, or at a customer’s site. The Lafayette, Louisiana, training facility is less than 3 miles from the Lafayette Regional Airport. NSI also provides custom customer site training for up to 12 students. |
